The Partner Solutions team leads the preparation and readiness workflow for all acquired and originally produced programming for our Direct to Consumer (DTC) portfolio. This is an outward-facing group, serving as one of the first touchpoints for productions and content partners; ensuring a seamless operational experience. The Partner Solutions team is the operational backbone of Peacock’s Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) content strategy, ensuring seamless delivery and launch of acquired and originally produced programming.
As Senior Manager, Partner Solutions, you will lead a team responsible for the end-to-end onboarding and delivery process for Peacock Original content, managing everything from asset intake to launch readiness. This is a high-impact, hands-on people management role requiring deep expertise in streaming media operations, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to navigate complex workflows across internal and external stakeholders. You’ll be a strategic partner to productions, post teams, and content providers, helping shape the policies and procedures that support our growing and diverse content library.

The successful candidate will have an overall understanding of video encoding and asset preparation and a great ability to stay organized and adapt to changing priorities. Ability to work across multiple high-profile titles while juggling shifting delivery timelines is a must.

Salary range: $115,000 - $135,000 (bonus eligible)
