Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding, certification, and role-based training for phlebotomy agents, test coordinators, IOPs, and PSC staff
- Design, implement, and refine standardized training, competency assessments, and retraining protocols
- Provide day-to-day field operations support, coaching, and real-time troubleshooting for assigned locations
- Monitor and manage KPIs (draw volumes, TNP rates, turnaround times) and drive corrective action and performance improvement
- Conduct routine audits, site visits, and compliance checks to ensure adherence to SOPs and regulatory standards
- Coordinate with HR, Sales, Logistics, and Field Operations to ensure staffing, tools, and supplies for phlebotomy teams
- Manage logistics for equipment, supplies, and setup of new or relocated phlebotomy sites
- Travel (approximately 25–40%) to conduct in-person training, performance evaluations, and operational audits
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or related field strongly preferred
