Skills
- Mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and pneumatic troubleshooting
- Experience with heavy equipment, cranes and SPMTs
- Proficiency with asset management software
- Comfortable using Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
- Vendor and contract management experience
- Project and workload management
- Strong safety mindset and compliance focus
- Ability to work elevated heights, confined spaces and lift 50 lbs
- ITAR eligibility (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)
Responsibilities
- Lead technicians through repairs, preventative maintenance, and continuous improvement projects to maximize asset availability
- Plan and manage weekly workload distribution and technician task assignments
- Triage incoming maintenance requests and prioritize emergency breakdowns and scheduled work orders
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for parts, training, and on-site maintenance support
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and pneumatic systems across a variety of assets
- Maintain and update skills matrix, deliver technician development and training
- Perform root cause analysis and produce reports to drive maintenance improvements
- Manage maintenance KPIs and asset management system performance
- Provide 24/7 on-call support for critical activities and emergencies
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred (engineering or related) OR high school diploma with 6+ years maintenance experience
- 2+ years leading teams or projects in a maintenance/field environment
- Must meet U.S. export control (ITAR) eligibility requirements
