Data Entry Analyst
Natera is a global leader in cell-free DNA (cfDNA) testing focused on oncology, women’s health, and organ health. The Data Entry Analyst will provide timely, accurate entry and validation of patient, specimen, and test data to support clinical and administrative laboratory operations, ensuring data quality, confidentiality (HIPAA), and adherence to schedules and processes.
Skills
- Strong typing and data entry skills with high accuracy
- Familiarity with EMR/LIS systems
- Proficient with Google Workspace
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Time management and multitasking in dynamic environments
- Analytical and problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to maintain confidentiality (HIPAA)
Responsibilities
- Enter patient, specimen, and test information into laboratory information systems (LIS) with high accuracy
- Receive, review and verify patient data for completeness and correctness
- Compile, organize, and analyze data for reporting purposes
- Identify and correct data discrepancies or escalate issues as necessary
- Maintain confidentiality and security of patient and organizational data in accordance with HIPAA
- Complete scheduled data entry tasks in a timely manner
- Collaborate with management and internal teams to implement process improvements
- Validate and maintain record-keeping processes
- Support healthcare operations and related systems as needed
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
