Responsibilities
- Make initial client contact to collect information for case files
- Manage inbound and outbound client communications
- Coordinate with coverage teams and case managers
- Create and maintain case files in management software
- Request and organize necessary documents, including police reports and HIPAA forms
- Document all case activities accurately
Education
- High school diploma or GED required
- College education preferred
