- Experience with Salesforce is preferred but not required.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned membership accounts and sell upgrades, add-ons, and referrals.
- Coordinate planning and execution of Member Exclusive events, including venues, vendors, invitations, RSVPs, and event delivery.
- Lead project planning efforts, develop timelines, manage event budgets, and define key results.
- Plan Member meet-ups including ideation, outreach, invitations, RSVPs, fee collection, and execution.
- Manage the Member Perk program, including platform management and opt-in processes.
- Track and manage post-experience surveys and delivery of experience photos.
- Provide project updates with weekly status reports, financial transaction management, and budget oversight.
- Collaborate across business teams such as Marketing, Game Presentation, Venue Operations, and Player Relations.
- Respond to member inquiries via phone and email regarding benefits, game nights, and account needs.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and sales experience.
