Engineering Administrative Manager

About You
- Perform clerical duties such as email correspondence and phones
- Maintain and upkeep various filing systems
- Provide administrative support to engineering managers as required.
- Promote Engineering information through communications such as presentation decks and bulletins.
- Maintain SOP library and training manuals
- Manage permit and license renewal programs
- Manage the maintenance project scheduling and resort coordination
- Monitor and support preventative maintenance scheduling
- Monitor guest satisfaction and service delivery performance
- Maintain construction documentation and design criteria
- Maintain asset records including specifications, service order receipts, O&M manuals
- Oversee departmental checkbook and invoice processing
- Administer and manage the finances with service contracts
- Administer maintenance chargeback invoices
- Prepare Capital Expenditure documentation and lead the submission process
- Prepare utility consumption reports and analyze data
- Month end close processes, accruals, etc.
- Analyze and interpret financial documents (budgets, forecasts, profit and loss statements, reserve funding)
- Database management
- Lead training program for new associates and system optimizations
- Collect and verify, analyze, and report on internal facility management data

The pay scale for the Engineering Administrative Manager will be from $70,000.00 - $79,697.00 . The pay scale is the base salary or hourly wage range, exclusive of incentive pay such as commissions, piece rates, gratuities, and the like, that Montage reasonably expects to pay for the position.
