Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate monthly and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP
- Lead month-end and year-end close processes ensuring account accuracy
- Support management and external investor reporting
- Conduct variance analyses explaining financial performance trends
- Maintain and improve internal controls, policies, and accounting processes
- Collaborate on financial systems implementation and optimization
- Manage banking, reconciliations, and cash management activities
- Coordinate with external consultants on tax filings
- Support annual audits and act as auditor liaison
- Partner on special projects including system upgrades and product launches
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA certification preferred
