Responsibilities
- Lead FP&A activities including monthly KPI reviews, quarterly business reviews, forecasting, and annual planning
- Partner with product, marketing, and operations to translate high-level input into strategic financial plans
- Drive the annual budgeting cycle with trend analysis and collaborative KPI target setting
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and ad-hoc analysis
- Analyze data to identify trends and explain monthly variances between actuals and forecast
- Oversee and reconcile KPI dashboards across products and functions to ensure data integrity
- Contribute materially to executive-level strategy presentation decks
- Prepare ad-hoc what-if scenarios and multiyear decision-support analyses
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related business field (required)
