We are seeking a dynamic Sr Finance Director to serve as a trusted strategic partner to the General Manager of our Global Consumer business. In this pivotal role, you will drive financial strategies that fuel operational scale, optimize processes, and create long-term value for a brand that powers the digital world. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Strategic Leadership:  

• Collaborate with executive leaders across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align financial strategies with Sandisk’s global consumer objectives.  
• Shape sustainable growth by developing innovative financial strategies that support Sandisk’s leadership in flash storage solutions.  

Financial Planning & Analysis:  

• Lead the development of long-term strategic plans, annual budgets, and rolling forecasts to drive Sandisk’s consumer business growth.  
• Build advanced analytical tools and frameworks (e.g., leveraging ERP systems like SAP or Oracle, or BI tools like Tableau) to guide data-driven decisions.  

Operational Excellence:  

• Drive continuous process improvements through automation and simplification, enhancing scalability across Sandisk’s global consumer finance operations.  
• Oversee the Global Consumer Finance function, ensuring efficiency and alignment with Sandisk’s innovation-driven goals.  

Team Development:  

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and inclusion.

REQUIRED:

• Significant experience (10+ years) in a publicly held finance organization, with a proven track record of driving profitability and delivering results, ideally in the technology, consumer electronics, or semiconductor sector.  
• Expertise in process improvement, with hands-on experience implementing financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and leading transformative change initiatives.  
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for SanDisk’s executive leadership.  
• Strong leadership presence, with a track record of mentoring diverse, high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.  
• Highly analytical and metrics-driven, with proficiency in modern financial tools (e.g., BI platforms, data visualization, or predictive analytics).  
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving results in a high-growth, innovation-focused technology environment.  
• MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred; equivalent experience in finance leadership considered.

Compensation & Benefits Details

• An employee’s pay position within the salary range may be based on several factors including but not limited to (1) relevant education; qualifications; certifications; and experience; (2) skills, ability, knowledge of the job; (3) performance, contribution and results; (4) geographic location; (5) shift; (6) internal and external equity; and (7) business and organizational needs.
• The salary range is what we believe to be the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California, Colorado, New York or remote jobs that can be performed in California, Colorado and New York.  This range may be modified in the future.
• You will be eligible to participate in Sandisk's Short-Term Incentive (STI) Plan, which provides incentive awards based on Company and individual performance.  Depending on your role and your performance, you may be eligible to participate in our annual Long-Term Incentive (LTI) program, which consists of restricted stock units (RSUs) or cash equivalents, pursuant to the terms of the LTI plan. Please note that not all roles are eligible to participate in the LTI program, and not all roles are eligible for equity under the LTI plan. RSU awards are also available to eligible new hires, subject to Sandisk's Standard Terms and Conditions for Restricted Stock Unit Awards.
