Job Description
Receptionist
Canonsburg, PA 15317 (Onsite)
3 Month Contract
M-F (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Qualifications
Provides exceptional service to the business by greeting and assisting all visitors and answering and transferring incoming calls from across the United States. This position also performs light administrative duties and supports various teams as needed.
Responsibilities
Greet the public and distribute name badges to visitors and temporary employees
Schedule meeting rooms
Answer and transfer calls from all over the United States
Participate in company and community service events
Perform light administrative and PC support duties as needed
Update company phone and speed dial lists, Brag Board, company calendar, and automated messaging center
Assist Administration and other teams with tasks such as envelope labels and compiling manuals
Order, maintain, and distribute promotional items for the Promotional Store
