Skills
- 2+ years of SQL experience for analytics and data exploration
- Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Hex, Tableau) and building dashboards
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skills
- Familiarity with ELT/data warehouse workflows and instrumentation
- Experience designing or analyzing experiments and basic modeling
- Excellent stakeholder communication and translating technical results for non-technical audiences
Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to scope high-impact data projects and build trusted working relationships
- Define, track, and analyze key metrics for programs and organizational functions
- Design and maintain dashboards and automated reports to enable self-serve analytics
- Work with Data & Engineering to instrument and ELT new data into a centralized warehouse
- Create clear data visualizations and narratives that drive action
- Design, run, and analyze experiments to measure impact and inform program improvements
- Build exploratory or decision-support models to improve learner engagement, prospect management, and outcomes
- Educate stakeholders on data inputs, responsibilities, and interpretation to foster data-driven culture
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience
- Advanced degree (MS/MBA) or equivalent preferred but not required
