1. Role Overview
Mercor is collaborating with a prominent AI research group to engage experienced creatives in film, television, and performance writing. Freelancers with backgrounds in screenwriting, playwriting, songwriting, or writing for television will contribute to a short-term project focused on enhancing AI’s understanding of creative writing and dialogue. The engagement will last 6–8 weeks.

- 2+ years of professional writing experience in screenwriting, playwriting, songwriting, or TV writing
- Credits on published or performed works (e.g., film, TV, stage, albums, streaming content)
- Strong grasp of narrative flow, dialogue realism, and audience engagement
