MeBe is seeking an energetic and results-driven Community Outreach Specialist to expand our referral network and enhance our brand awareness. The Community Outreach Specialist will be responsible for sourcing and qualifying leads for ABA, SLP and OT referrals, executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, and growing our online reputation. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for developing relationships in the healthcare community.

Develop and grow strong relationships with healthcare professionals and referral partners by educating them on ABA, Speech, OT, and other MeBe services.
Maintain and update MeBe’s referral database with accurate points of contact, work emails, and mailing addresses. Referrer groups include:
Developmental Behavioral Pediatricians
Pediatricians
Pediatric Psychologists
Daycares, preschools, private and charter schools
Other community partners
Follow MeBe’s outreach workflow and document each step in the CRM: identify key contacts, make initial calls, schedule e-meetings, complete drop-offs, and send follow-up assets.
Develop a site-specific outreach calendar aligned with MeBe’s marketing and business development goals.
Achieve weekly activity targets to complete 15 e-meetings or drop-offs per site per week

Collaborate with Directors, Ambassadors, and internal stakeholders to align and coordinate outreach efforts across regions.
Leverage preconfigured marketing assets (postcards, flyers, email templates) and request new assets as needed.
Plan, execute, and monitor campaigns, providing feedback and adjusting per clinic for optimal results.
Prepare lists for monthly campaign launches to achieve 15 e-meetings or drop-offs per week
Email Campaigns: Audit campaigns for bouncebacks and correct email addresses
Postcard Campaigns: Contact clinics for any postcards that were returned for the correct address.
Post relevant, engaging content on MeBe’s Facebook and LinkedIn pages to build brand awareness and community engagement.
Actively engage in community conversations:
Comment/post on at least 5 ABA family Facebook pages per week
Post/comment 3x weekly on MeBe’s LinkedIn page using MeBe’s resource library
Post/comment 3x weekly on MeBe’s Facebook page using MeBe’s resource library
Project manage workflows to ensure timely execution of marketing and outreach initiatives.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records with complete documentation of lead/referral activity.
Identify and address gaps in processes, outreach strategies, and campaign execution.
Manage multiple projects effectively with strong organizational skills.
Keep sales tools stocked and ready—brochures, pamphlets, and swag—so every meeting runs smoothly.
Define campaign goals and KPIs; track, analyze, and report on results.
Use data insights to refine lead generation and marketing strategies.
Meet/exceed KPI expectations, including 60 qualified leads per month.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
3+ years’ experience in lead generation or business development (healthcare/behavioral health preferred).
Experience with Monday.com or a comparable CRM required.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (email marketing, social media management, direct mail).
Strong analytical skills with ability to measure and optimize campaign performance.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Creative problem solver with a positive, “can-do” attitude.
Demonstrated success working independently and consistently meeting goals.
