About the Role: Sales Representative

We’re hiring Sales Representatives to support families either at the time of need (immediate arrangements) or through our growing preplanning offering (planning ahead). Both roles are critical to how Meadow delivers clarity and care, and both are designed to grow with the business.

You’ll begin by mastering our sales process and delivering excellence across every family interaction. From there, you’ll have a real path to increased responsibility as we grow, including leading shifts, coaching newer reps, and contributing to team process and performance. Top performers may grow into full-time sales leadership roles over time.

What you’ll own

  • Convert warm leads end-to-end using Meadow’s consultative playbook - phone, SMS, email supported by Aircall and HubSpot.

    • Follow up consistently to ensure families have what they need to make confident decisions

    • Champion “unmatched hospitality”

  • Hit a revenue quota while maintaining a high close rate and quality scores.

  • Document flawlessly in HubSpot; leverage dashboards to self-coach and stay ahead on follow-ups.

  • Navigate a multi-tool workflow with ease: HubSpot, Aircall, GSuite, Slack, and our internal case management system.

  • Act with agency: spot process gaps, suggest improvements, and pilot ideas that make families feel cared for.

You’ll thrive here if you…

  • Have 2+ yrs B2C phone-sales success.

  • Win consultatively with a process for discovering needs, positioning value, and closing without pressure.

  • Act with agency: own your pipeline, and improve the script/CRM/report that helps us win

  • Lead with hospitality: steady, empathetic, and fired up by Meadow’s mission to serve families better.

  • Work 9-5 PT, Monday–Friday, from anywhere in the US (fast internet, multi-app workflow).

  • Have experience selling in high-trust, high-stakes environments, like insurance, healthcare, travel, or other fields where empathy, clarity, and relationship-building are essential to closing.

  • Speak Spanish
