Job Description :

We are seeking for Software Developer who can designs, develops, tests, debugs and implements operating systems components, software tools and utilities. Determines systems software design requirements. Ensures that system improvements are successfully implemented and monitored to increase efficiency. Generates systems software engineering policies, standards and procedures.

Design and Development:

• Lead the development and maintenance of scalable and robust microservices using Spring Boot and React.
• Contribute to the architecture and design of new features and enhancements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards.
• Explore and apply AI tools to improve development workflows and productivity.

Collaboration and Integration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate our platform with ERP systems, data warehouses, and other essential applications.
• Collaborate with product management to refine feature requirements and specifications.

Best Practices and Optimization:

• Implement and advocate for best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and continuous integration.
• Conduct performance tuning and optimization to ensure high availability and scalability of the platform.
• Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Minimum Requirement -Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience.

Critical Skills

• Experience with Java, Spring Boot, HTML/CSS/JS, RDBMS, REST, git
• Expert knowledge about HTTP, cookies, sessions, AJAX, browsers
• Familiarity with Elastic, Redis, React, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure
• Exposure to Kafka, change data capture and data replication processes and tools
• Proven experience in designing and developing microservices-based architectures
• Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
• Experience with performance tuning and optimization techniques
• Knowledge of security best practices and industry standards
