Montgomery College has an immediate opening for a Director of Grants and Sponsored Programs. This is a grade 37, exempt position. This position is located at Central Services, Rockville. The Director of Grants and Sponsored Programs (Director) is an administrative position responsible for leading the Office of Grants and Sponsored Programs. Reporting to the Associate Senior Vice President for Advancement and Community Engagement (ASVP), the Director is responsible for submitting federal, state, and local grant proposals as well as providing grants management and compliance support for funded applications. The Director serves as the Senior Sponsored Programs Officer with final review authority on behalf of the College President for the development and submission of public grants and related sponsored programs’ materials. This position works closely with senior leadership in setting and carrying out the strategic grant funding priorities of the College and serves on internal and external committees and boards as directed by the ASVP.

Hiring Range: $114,539 – $157,500 annually. Initial salary placement is based on candidate experience and internal equity. The maximum salary for this position is $200,472. Please include a complete resume including all relevant and related work experience.
