As the Program Management Director serves as the Owner’s advisor and representative throughout the delivery of the design-build program. Ensures that the Owner’s objectives are met by providing independent oversight of the design-builder, and guidance and management of the consultant team while safeguarding the Owner and stakeholder interests from planning through closeout.
