We're looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Technology Associate Director to join our clients' Human Resources team. This pivotal role involves leading the analysis and implementation of HR technology solutions that address critical business challenges and drive the ongoing transformation of the HR technology landscape. You'll lead significant projects, and collaborate closely with both HR functional leaders and Application Development teams.

Minimum of 8 years of related experience in HR technology.
Advanced experience in configuration of Oracle HCM Cloud, HR modules (min. 6 years).
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and strong analytical abilities to effectively solve problems and issues.
Project Management experience.
Knowledge of JIRA and Agile methodology.
ADP experience - nice to have.
Advanced Excel skills - nice to have.
Lead HR technology implementations and projects from end to end, including creating detailed functional design documents, configuring applications to meet business requirements, and developing and executing comprehensive test plans (including User Acceptance Testing).
Mentor HR Technology associates, delegating tasks and conducting thorough quality reviews of their work before deployment to production environments.
Oversee the continuous maintenance of the HR technology portfolio, ensuring data integrity through process reviews, security administration, and regular audits. You'll also identify, review, and implement new features and functionalities as applicable.
Provide proactive consultation to HR Technology clients, ensuring their business needs are met and system capabilities are fully leveraged.
Act as an HR Technology subject matter expert on various projects, both HR Technology-focused and cross-functional. This includes integrating employee data, identifying system requirements, and pinpointing areas for continuous improvement and efficiency through client consultation.
Mitigate risk by adhering to established procedures, monitoring controls, identifying critical errors, and demonstrating strong ethical behavior.
