The fashion doll who started it all, Barbie, is a world-wide phenomenon and a leading global franchise. The Barbie Global Brand Marketing team sets the global brand strategy and develops marketing plans for regional teams to execute in market. We are seeking a Senior Marketing Associate dedicated to supporting Barbie’s parent engagement and social impact initiatives.

This role supports the Manager, Global Brand Marketing, with a focus on developing and executing marketing strategies and launch plans that engage shoppers, foster meaningful connections with parents, and advance Barbie’s social impact mission.

What We’re Looking For:
The annual base salary range for this position is between $90,000 and $111,000.
**This range is indicative of projected hiring range, however annual base salary will be determined based on a candidate’s work location, skills and experience.
