Key Responsibilities

Client Management Excellence

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all clients, maintaining organized, proactive, and calm communication under pressure.
  • Navigate complex client needs and transform them into actionable tasks for internal teams.
  • Build strong relationships, ensuring satisfaction and confidence in our services.

Operational Leadership

  • Oversee timelines, deliverables, and dependencies for 25+ eCommerce brands.
  • Act as the central command in coordinating Klaviyo managers, copywriters, and designers.
  • Conduct weekly syncs to align creative, strategy, and execution, holding the team accountable and meeting high-pressure deadlines.

Data-Driven Optimization

  • Utilize your proficiency in Klaviyo to optimize email flows and campaigns.
  • Monitor core email metrics like Open Rate, CTR, and LTV, translating data into actionable insights.
  • Prepare and present clear performance summaries to leadership, ensuring strategic clarity.

Systems and Process Management

  • Expertly manage and refine systems in ClickUp to maintain streamlined operations.
  • Recognize and resolve bottlenecks swiftly, ensuring no task is left behind.
  • Continuously seek and implement ways to improve agency operations.

What Makes You a Stellar Fit

  • Proven experience managing 25+ clients at a fast-paced email or performance marketing agency.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in high-pressure environments.
  • Fluent in Klaviyo operations: managing flows, campaigns, and understanding deliverability metrics.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a proactive and decisive approach.
  • Experience in building robust systems in ClickUp and maintaining operational efficiency.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Insight into eCommerce buying cycles and DTC brand behavior.
  • Familiarity with performance strategy, CRO, or AI tool utilization.
  • Keen eye for detail—able to catch typos, brand inconsistencies, or broken links.
