Responsibilities
- Serve as primary project lead for customer onboarding, program expansions, and change requests
- Design tailored implementation approaches aligned to customer needs and success criteria
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Revenue, Strategy & Ops, Customer Solutions & Delivery, Partnerships) to ensure program delivery
- Manage timelines, resources, milestones, risks, and issue resolution using PM best practices and tools
- Communicate effectively with customers, payment networks, banks, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and understand customer business objectives
- Ensure compliance and high-quality delivery in regulated and technical environments
- Handoff and operationalize programs post-implementation with internal teams
Education
- Bachelor's degree (typical requirement) or equivalent experience
- Master's degree considered (can substitute for experience)
- PMI certification or equivalent preferred/recognized
