The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
LinkedIn’s Market Insights and Marketing Strategy (MIMS) team is looking for an experienced operations manager focusing on providing team-wide operational excellence with the ability to drive impact through technical project management of large-scale research data engineering projects as well as pursue high-level, marketing-wide insights projects and programs. This person will have responsibilities of a technical program manager as well as project manager for the MIMS team’s highest priority operational initiatives across research and data engineering, driving toward increasing efficiency and standardization. They will regularly identify and implement improvements that increase the efficiency of our insight operations and project management processes and ensure MIMS team outputs are leveraged across marketing.
They should have the proven ability to engage and prioritize multiple projects and maintain necessary controls and procedures to ensure accuracy, business functionality and compliance with privacy and security policies. They operate with little to no managerial oversight and contribute directly to the team by independently developing capabilities. They will independently drive process innovation and create best practice resources for the team as needed. They will be expected to influence decision making across MIMS and marketing at a Director+ level.

The pay range for this role is $149,000 to $233,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
