About the Role

As our Integration & Automation Developer, you will be the brain behind the systems that make our operations seamless. You’ll design and maintain integrations and automations that connect platforms like HubSpot, Monday.com, GoTo, Supabase, and others — eliminating manual tasks, improving data accuracy, and ensuring 24/7 system functionality.

This role is ideal for a self-motivated problem solver who thrives at the intersection of tech, process improvement, and impact-driven work.

Key Responsibilities

• Build smart solutions: Develop scalable integrations and automations using REST/GraphQL APIs, webhooks, SQL, and no-code tools like n8n or Zapier.
• Monitor performance: Create real-time dashboards, alerts, and reports to keep systems running at 99%+ uptime.
• Document & deploy: Manage change logs and technical documentation; coordinate rollouts with IT Support and end users.
• Ensure security: Apply best practices for system security, including token management, MFA, and audit tracking.
• Support & train: Deliver practical training sessions and documentation for new systems and functionalities.
• Resolve escalations: Provide second-tier support on complex technical issues tied to integrations and advanced configurations.
• Collaborate on cross-team projects: Support the IT department and firm-wide initiatives as needed.

What You Bring

• 1+ years of hands-on experience in system integration or automation.
• Strong experience with tools like n8n (preferred), Zapier, or Make.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, REST/GraphQL APIs, and basic SQL.
• Experience working with Supabase or equivalent databases.
• Familiarity with Docker, Git/GitHub, and version control workflows.

• Intermediate to advanced Spanish and English communication skills (B1 Minimum).
