Who We Are Looking For

We're searching for a highly driven, detail-oriented, and experienced manager who possesses a Florida well drilling license and the entrepreneurial spirit to lead and significantly grow this services business. This role requires a hands-on approach to strategic planning, operational execution, and team leadership.

Essential Qualifications

• Industry Leadership: 10+ years of comprehensive experience in the well drilling, irrigation, or water systems industry, with a proven track record of managing and scaling operations.

• Operational Excellence: Deep understanding and hands-on experience with all aspects of water well drilling and system installations, including project bidding, site assessment, crew management, equipment maintenance, and quality assurance.

• Business Development Acumen: Demonstrated success in client relationship management, securing new projects, contract negotiation, and a strong ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities in a growing region.

• Team Leadership: Proven experience in leading and motivating a team, fostering a productive work environment, and capable of growing and scaling a team to meet increased demand.

• Financial & Business Management: Significant experience in small business management, including budgeting, financial analysis, P&L responsibility, and strategic planning to maximize profitability.

• Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of well drilling techniques, pump and irrigation system technologies, water quality testing, relevant materials, and safety protocols.

• Regulatory & Licensing: Possess or be able to obtain a Florida Well Drilling License. A solid understanding of local and state regulations and permitting processes is essential.
