Who We Are Looking For

We’re seeking an experienced leader with 7+ years in manufacturing or metal fabrication who combines hands-on operational expertise with strong business acumen. The ideal candidate will have experience overseeing production or installation teams, managing client relationships, and driving efficiency in a fabrication or construction setting. Experience with CAD design, welding, or machining operations is required.

Essential Qualifications

• Industry Leadership: 7+ years of comprehensive experience in manufacturing or metal fabrication, with a proven record of operational excellence.

• Operational Excellence: Deep understanding of and experience in shop management, estimating, scheduling, or overseeing production and field installation.

• Business Development Acumen: Strong sales and client management skills, with the ability to build relationships and expand service offerings.

• Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate skilled labor teams, promote safety, and deliver high-quality results.

• Financial & Business Management: Experience with P&L management, budgeting, and strategic planning to maximize profitability.

• Technical Knowledge: A strong understanding of fabrication processes, materials, and equipment. Experience with CAD design, welding, or machining operations is required.

• Regulatory Understanding: Familiarity with OSHA, fabrication shop safety standards, and industry best practices.
