About the Role

Lyra Health is looking for a Solutions Consultant I, File Integrations. Looking for an experienced professional with advanced technical expertise in file integration solutions. Looking for someone who is excited to make a significant impact within a dynamic and innovative organization.

This role can be carried out from our Burlingame, CA headquarters, hybrid, or fully remote/virtually. Remote candidates must be physically located within the United States.

• Provide guidance and solutions to customers and internal teams regarding file integration technologies, leveraging technical expertise.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and internal teams, building strong relationships to understand their business needs and objectives related to File Integrations.
• Support project management and implementation of file integrations for new and existing customers, collaborating extensively with internal and external stakeholders including Customer Success, Data Science, DevOps, Business Operations, Billing Operations, and Legal.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any file integration issues that arise during implementation or post-implementation, utilizing problem-solving skills and technical expertise.
• Work with cross-functional teams to share knowledge and expertise, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.

• 3+ years experience in a customer-facing role, in Implementation, Customer Success, Support or Sales.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Highly self-motivated, action-oriented and willing to collaborate cross functionally in a fast-paced and fast-growing environment.
• Strong attention to detail, and an ability to thrive in ambiguity.
• Proven presentation skills with strong professional presence.
• Articulate and persuasive communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Passion for mental health and changing the healthcare landscape
