As Content Marketing Manager, you play a central role in this effort. You shape how electronics procurement teams first encounter Luminovo and how they continue to engage with us over time. You decide which topics matter, how we talk about them, and how our content supports teams as they evaluate and adopt our platform.
A major measure of success will be your ability to translate complex technical and industry topics into structured, high-quality content that educates, builds trust, and drives engagement across channels. You will own the content roadmap, coordinate campaigns, and ensure our work reaches the right audiences with clear intent and measurable impact.
Beyond execution, you will continuously improve how we do content at Luminovo. By analyzing performance, spotting gaps, and collaborating closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product, you help refine our messaging and strengthen Luminovo’s position as a trusted voice in electronics procurement.

🚀 Manage content campaigns: You don't just create; you coordinate. You act as the DRI (directly responsible individual) for our integrated content campaigns, ensuring strategy turns into execution. You host regular content sessions with the whole marketing team to check progress, unblock peers, and ensure our campaigns stay on track.
✍️ Create and edit high-impact content: Create and edit blog posts, craft great thought leadership pieces, industry reports, social media posts and other long-form content that resonates with electronics procurement decision-makers while maintaining Luminovo's voice and high quality standards.
📏 Measure impact and optimize: Define success metrics, track content performance, and use data insights to continuously refine strategy. Translate analytics into actionable recommendations that improve reach, engagement, and conversion.
🎙 Manage and host webinars: You don't just organize webinars; you own the stage. You will plan, produce, and host 10-16 webinars per year (in German and English). You are comfortable on camera and know how to guide a conversation with industry experts so it’s never boring. You turn every recording into a content goldmine (clips, posts, summaries).
🎨 Visual storytelling & design: Text is only half the battle. You have a keen eye for design and can work independently with tools like Canva or Gamma to produce high-fidelity assets. You create "on-brand" social media carousels, infographics, whitepapers, and sales slides that look professional and polished—without needing a designer for every pixel.
🤖 AI-augmented operations: You don’t just "use" ChatGPT; you have a workflow. You use a palette of AI tools (e.g., GPT-5, Perplexity, MidJourney, n8n, Lindy etc.) to speed up research, outline drafts, and repurpose content. You believe in "AI-assisted, human-finalized."
We don't need you to be an expert in the electronics industry today. But you have to be willing to dive into it to understand our potential customers' unique situations and how our software tools can create value for them.
You’ll create content for German- and English-speaking audiences across multiple markets — from long-form articles to webinars and live discussions. To ensure our messaging is clear, credible, and feels native in both languages, fluency in 🇩🇪 German and 🇬🇧 English is a must. Any additional language is a plus.
Besides the language requirements, we purposefully did not create a standard list of minimum qualifications for this role. We care much more about your motivation and ability to help us accelerate technical progress than we care just about your CV.
