Sr. Systems Training Specialist – ERP 

Lucid Motors is a luxury electric vehicle company focused on innovative design and sustainable mobility. The Sr. Systems Training Specialist will design, deliver, and maintain SAP-focused ERP training programs to drive user adoption and operational excellence across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and business teams at the Phoenix Hub.

Skills

  • Hands-on SAP/ERP experience (EWM, IM, SuccessFactors or comparable modules)
  • Experience designing and delivering technical training for adults
  • Proficiency with LMS platforms and authoring tools (Articulate, Camtasia, etc.)
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills for diverse audiences
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible content
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and how ERP supports operations
  • Experience maintaining training/demo systems and troubleshooting
  • Experience measuring training effectiveness and producing adoption metrics
  • Comfort working across time zones and with geographically distributed teams
  • Experience with agile development methodologies

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop comprehensive SAP training curricula (EWM, IM, SuccessFactors, DevOps, etc.).
  • Create engaging training materials: user guides, video tutorials, hands-on exercises, and assessments.
  • Partner with ERP admins, engineering managers, and business leaders to identify and prioritize training needs.
  • Deliver training via classroom, virtual sessions, one-on-one coaching, and self-paced modules.
  • Customize content for engineering, manufacturing, quality, and business role-specific workflows.
  • Maintain training environments and demo systems for hands-on learning.
  • Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot user issues during training.
  • Develop and track metrics for training effectiveness, adoption, and competency.
  • Benchmark programs against industry standards and implement continuous improvements.
  • Manage training schedules to support onboarding and ongoing skill development.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related technical field (required)
  • Training or instructional design certification (preferred)
  • SAP certifications (EWM, IM, SuccessFactors, etc.) (preferred)
