We are seeking a highly strategic and operationally sound Chief of Staff for our Sales Solutions Marketing team within LinkedIn’s Marketing organization. This individual will act as a thought partner and drive the day-to-day execution of key priorities, serving as a trusted advisor to the Vice President of Marketing, Sales Solutions, and their leadership team. This role will be instrumental in advancing the strategic priorities and narrative of the organization, while ensuring operational excellence through effective processes and a robust rhythm of business.
The individual should have a strong operational mindset, ability to understand and connect with people and teams, experience in marketing or working within marketing organisations, exceptional communications skills, an AI-first mindset that drives how they work & achieve impact. The candidate should also be able to handle highly sensitive, confidential, and non-routine information, have attention to detail, be open minded to challenge the status quo, and be able to balance quality with getting things done.
The Chief of Staff is a key member of the LSS Marketing leadership team, participating in strategy discussions, leading key initiatives, driving team operations, measuring and communicating results. They will also be a part of the Marketing & Strategy, Chief of Staff community to help connect strategy, operations, and relationships across the global organization. LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $142,000 to $230,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
