The Role
Lindy is hiring a creative, scrappy, and strategically minded Creator & Social Marketing Lead to tell our story through video, social, and creator partnerships.
You’ll lead end-to-end content creation (with a heavy focus on short-form video), manage Lindy’s presence across channels like YouTube, Instagram, X and LinkedIn, and build a scalable influencer/creator engine from scratch.
This role blends hands-on execution (shooting, editing, animating) with strategic leadership across paid and organic UGC/IGC, owned social, and brand storytelling.
Your goal: make Lindy the most talked-about AI brand on the internet.

We are an in-office company, working from our San Francisco office 4 days a week. We sponsor visas and cover relocation up to $20,000.
What You’ll Do
Video Creation & Production: Write, film, edit, and animate short-form videos that stop the scroll and spark engagement
Social Channel Management: Own Lindy’s brand voice and cadence across TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Instagram
UGC/IGC Management: Source, brief, and manage both organic and paid user-generated and influencer-generated content
Influencer Marketing: Build and scale Lindy’s influencer program—recruiting creators, negotiating partnerships, and measuring performance
Brand & Content Strategy: Translate Lindy’s confident, helpful, and human brand voice into shareable content formats and channel strategies
Trend Spotting: Stay on top of platform algorithms, formats, and cultural moments to ensure Lindy stays ahead of the curve
Analytics & Optimization: Monitor performance metrics and continuously test, learn, and improve content effectiveness
Who You Are
A video-first creator who can script, shoot, edit, and animate without needing a crew
Deeply fluent in social platforms—especially TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts
Experienced in managing brand social accounts and building loyal audiences
Connected in the creator economy with a playbook for scaling influencer partnerships
A storyteller who knows how to turn complex B2B concepts into relatable, viral moments
Data-aware and performance-driven, but creative-first in execution
Comfortable on camera—or directing others who are
Bonus Points
Experience with AI, SaaS, or workflow automation products
Familiarity with tools like Adobe Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve
Background in fast-paced, high-growth startups
Passionate about the future of work and the creator economy
Compensation
Base: $135,000 – $170,000
