As a G2M Engineer, you’ll be the glue between Revenue Operations and Engineering. You’ll own the technical side of sales and marketing enablement—building, scripting, and integrating systems that accelerate growth.
What you’ll do:
Script, automate, and connect GTM systems to power Sales and Marketing workflows
Build integrations across CRM, marketing automation, enrichment, and prospecting platforms (Salesforce, Hubspot, 6Sense, etc.)
Use tools like Clay, Apollo, Zapier, and Outreach to orchestrate data flows and optimize lead funnels
Engineer scalable data pipelines for routing, enrichment, and reporting
Partner closely with GTM leadership to track, test, and evolve revenue systems
Translate complex technical problems into simple solutions that drive measurable impact
5+ years in Revenue Operations, Growth Engineering, or Technical Marketing roles
Proficient in scripting (Python, JavaScript, or similar) and database engineering / big data querying
Hands-on with Clay, Apollo, Zapier, Outreach (or similar tools)
Experienced in building and connecting CRM, marketing automation, and enrichment systems
Strong communication and problem-solving skills in cross-functional settings
Experience architecting GTM infrastructure or scaling lead routing systems
Familiarity with Workato, Segment, Twilio, SendGrid, or custom APIs
Prior startup or scrappy environment experience where you built quickly and iterated often
Passion for first-principles thinking, data accuracy, and clever growth hacks
Total Compensation (SF-based): $160K – $270K (depending on experience & equity)
