Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Faire is an online wholesale marketplace using technology, data, and machine learning to connect independent retailers and brands globally. The company is seeking a data-driven Lifecycle Marketing Manager to design, execute, and optimize automated email journeys that drive engagement, conversion, and revenue across markets while collaborating with Product, Data, Design, and Analytics teams.

Skills

  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation/CRM systems (Braze, Mailchimp, or similar)
  • Strong A/B testing and experimentation skills
  • Data-driven analytics capability, comfortable with large datasets
  • Experience optimizing for down-funnel metrics (conversion, revenue, retention)
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Data, and Design
  • Familiarity with personalization, segmentation, and lifecycle frameworks
  • Comfort with technical execution and marketing technology integrations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and manage automated email workflows and ad-hoc campaigns based on customer behavior and lifecycle stage
  • Collaborate with Product, Data Science, Analytics, and Design to develop and execute marketing strategies aligned to business goals
  • Partner with analytics to measure campaign performance, generate hypotheses, and run experiments
  • Analyze campaign trends, surface actionable insights, and communicate learnings across stakeholders
  • Localize lifecycle strategies for international markets while maintaining a consistent global brand voice
  • Integrate predictive models and segmentation into lifecycle orchestration with data science partners
  • Oversee technical campaign deployment and ensure reliable execution across platforms
  • Evaluate and recommend marketing technologies and platforms to improve automation, personalization, and scale

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business, or related field preferred
