Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain advanced customer accounts and subscriptions, ensuring accuracy and timely updates
- Process sales contracts and deals in accordance with company guidelines
- Customize and modify invoices to meet customer needs and preferences
- Identify and drive process improvements and automation opportunities in billing workflows
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and product teams to resolve billing issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Streamline billing processes to reduce manual effort and increase operational efficiency
- Perform reconciliations and ensure accuracy of billing records and invoicing
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree is a plus but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Relevant certifications (accounting, bookkeeping) are a plus
