Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and oversee product inspections and testing to verify conformance with specifications
- Track, document, and report quality metrics tied to CSR, environmental, and H&S KPIs
- Investigate product complaints and quality issues; ensure closure per company and regulatory requirements
- Develop and update complaint, inspection, and corrective action procedures
- Monitor risk-management procedures and report recurring issues to management and product teams
- Provide training and support to QA team members on systems, policies, and processes
- Maintain records for nonconformities, corrective actions, and root-cause analyses
- Document QA activities through internal reporting and audits and develop testing protocols
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Professional QA certification (e.g., Six Sigma, CQE) preferred but not required
