Product Manager
Skills
- 3–6 years product management or related experience
- Experience managing external partners, stakeholders, or client integrations
- Technical curiosity: understanding of APIs, data flows, and high-level system diagrams
- Ability to work with engineers on constraints and trade-offs
- Data-informed decision making; familiarity with analytics tools and basic querying
- Strong written and verbal communication across technical and business audiences
- Comfort using AI tools for analysis and communication
- High ownership mindset and ability to drive complex projects to completion
Responsibilities
- Define and own product vision and roadmap for partner configuration and integration flows.
- Identify initiatives and process improvements to achieve product and business goals with minimal oversight.
- Collaborate with engineering to evolve bespoke implementations into a scalable, purpose-built platform.
- Design repeatable configuration and launch processes (internal tools, interfaces) to reduce manual work.
- Manage partner integrations from deal signature through implementation and launch, defining milestones and responsibilities.
- Partner with analytics and finance to define revenue capture, attribution, and partner reporting.
- Define and track key metrics for partner performance, integration speed, and platform reliability; use data and experiments to validate decisions.
- Align cross-functional stakeholders and communicate priorities, trade-offs, and timelines clearly.
- Use AI tools to accelerate discovery, analysis, and partner communications.
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Graduate degree in relevant field preferred but not required
