Responsibilities
- Deeply understand brand and retailer customers and translate insights into product strategy
- Define and execute programs and product features that support brand growth and success on Faire
- Prioritize and deliver high-impact initiatives with clear metrics and rapid execution
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, data science, ops, and go-to-market teams
- Model and optimize the marketplace flywheel and business equation to accelerate growth
- Make product decisions alongside senior leadership, including founders and the CEO
- Measure outcomes, iterate on experiments, and scale successful programs
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
