The Senior Director of Implementation & Growth at Leading Educators will spearhead transformative education initiatives across multiple districts, focusing on enhancing mathematics education and empowering educators through professional learning programs.
Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include executing professional learning programs, managing district partnerships, and developing strategic direction for mathematics excellence.
Skills: Required skills include expertise in K-12 mathematics content and instructional strategies, leadership in dynamic environments, and exceptional project management and data analysis capabilities.
Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include 10+ years of experience in education or instructional leadership, and proven ability to cultivate relationships with senior education leaders.
Location: This is a remote position that requires moderate travel across national territories, with candidates able to work from a home office located anywhere in the U.S.
Compensation: $127487 - $172483 / Annually
