Per Scholas seeks a Cybersecurity Instructional Assistant (Contract, 3-6 months) to support the Technical Instruction Training Team in training learners for entry-level IT jobs and CompTIA Certification.
Responsibilities: Assist the Lead Instructor in training sessions, support learners, troubleshoot lab issues, and administer assessments and attendance tracking, while also encouraging student engagement during office hours.
Skills: Basic knowledge in IT areas such as hardware, software, networking, security, and troubleshooting, along with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications: Preferred candidates are graduates of Per Scholas with relevant IT experience, certified in Cysa+ or similar certifications, and possess a strong commitment to upskilling and student success.
Location: Remote position based in the United States; no travel required.
