Leading Educators is seeking a passionate Instructional Leadership Coach to drive mathematical excellence in Los Angeles middle schools, focusing on collaboration, instructional coaching, and professional development.
Responsibilities: Develop and implement professional learning experiences for educators, analyze classroom data for instructional improvements, and support school leadership teams in educational goal achievement.
Skills: Strong background in instructional coaching and mathematics pedagogy, ability to build collaborative relationships, and experience in facilitating adult learning.
Qualifications: 7+ years of education experience focused on instructional coaching, proven ability to improve teacher practices, and substantial knowledge of high school mathematics standards and content.
Location: Remote position with light travel requirements; candidates must reside in the Los Angeles Metro Area.
Compensation: $100320 - $127680 / Annually
