Leading Educators is looking for a visionary Director of Development to architect strategic philanthropic partnerships that transform educational opportunities nationwide.
Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include developing fundraising strategies, managing institutional funder portfolios, crafting impactful grant proposals, and translating educational challenges into compelling narratives.
Skills: Candidates should possess strong communication skills, relationship-building abilities, strategic thinking, and experience managing multi-funder initiatives.
Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of progressive development experience in mission-driven organizations are required.
Location: This is a remote position, with moderate national travel required for meetings and professional development.
Compensation: $103649 - $140231 / Annually
