Advertiser Sales Manager

Launch Potato is a profitable, remote-first digital media company reaching 30M+ monthly visitors across brands like FinanceBuzz and OnlyInYourState. We are looking for a results-driven Advertiser Sales Manager who can aggressively source, close, and onboard new performance-driven advertiser partnerships that deliver measurable CPA/ROAS/LTV outcomes.

Skills

  • Proven closing experience in B2B media, performance marketing, affiliate, or lead generation.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing KPIs (CPA, ROAS, LTV) and how they drive strategy.
  • Excellent outbound communication: persuasive cold emails and discovery call skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Pipedrive) and disciplined pipeline management.
  • Multi-channel prospecting and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to meet and exceed quota in a fast-paced, outcome-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a consistent outbound pipeline through multi-channel prospecting (email, LinkedIn, Slack communities).
  • Execute at least 12 discovery calls per month that identify prospect KPIs and align Launch Potato solutions.
  • Close new advertiser partnerships and drive revenue targets (target combined annual revenue of $250,000+ by month 6).
  • Maintain 100% CRM hygiene and forecast accuracy in Pipedrive with weekly updates.
  • Hand off new clients to Account Management within 5 days of closing to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Test and iterate on 2+ outbound strategies or verticals per quarter to expand partner footprint.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure campaign success and long-term client growth.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but equivalent experience accepted.
  • Open to candidates with strong, demonstrable sales experience in lieu of formal degree.
