Responsibilities
- Respond to client and internal queries via Zendesk and the centralized CRM
- Support onboarding of client agreements and catalog ingestion, ensuring compositions data is complete
- Maintain and optimize client account records for accurate registration and royalty collection
- Work cross-functionally with Operations to support production and distribution of royalty statements
- Coordinate pre-statement and post-statement Core team duties and ensure timely completion
- Design, implement, and track new processes to improve team efficiency and measure impact
Education
- No specific degree required; relevant music publishing/administration experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in music business, business, or related field is a plus
