Job Summary: Join the exciting world of NBA basketball as a Sales Operations Assistant for the Sacramento Kings! This dynamic role supports the Sales Operations and Events team in delivering exceptional fan experiences during home games at the Golden 1 Center.
Key Responsibilities:
Fan Experience Management:
Coordinate and execute fan engagement activities, including pregame events and in-seat deliveries
Manage promotional pack redemptions and membership fulfillment
Assist with large group activities and special events
Operational Support:
Perform crucial logistical duties for promotions and campaigns
Assemble prize packs and manage gift redemptions
Assist with database marketing and management tasks
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the Sales Operations and Events team to ensure smooth game-day operations
Provide general office support as needed
Contribute to post-game analysis and improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
Proven customer service experience with a track record of exceeding expectations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Friendly, professional demeanor with a positive, team-oriented attitude
Self-motivated with a passion for sports and entertainment
Requirements:
Availability to work Kings home games (minimum of 30+ games per season)
Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
Start time of 4:00 PM on game days
Compensation:
$16.50
