This is a critical role our Digital Incentives team. You will lead a One KCNA (Kimberly-Clark North America) strategy and execution for all Family Care National Consumer Promotions, focusing on: growing share, generating new consumer trial, and loyalty driven marketing. Key goals include driving activation and adoption of solutions to ensure scale and efficiency of Incentives/Consumer promotion. This includes coupons, rewards and sampling.
This role is critical to our KCNA digital transformation to ensure both One KCNA and Business Unit priorities are accurately represented and supported with strong business cases. This role will own and manage the Promotions Relationship within Family Care with cross functional stakeholders including KCNA brand and sector/business unit teams, KCNA and Global ITS, Global Marketing Capabilities, and external agencies/vendors.
In this role, you will:
Owning the execution and success of programs across the following iconic brands: Cottonelle®, Scott®, Kleenex®, and Viva®
You will be the owner of deployment, forecasting, analysis, and adoption of consumer centric incentive practices while ensuring both short and long-term Business Unit strategies are being enabled across people, process, and technology.
You are also accountable to deliver incentive solutions and accelerate adoption to transform how KCNA evolves the experience and engagement with consumers to build one to one relationships and lifetime value. Additionally, you will be accountable for measurable surface results and drive action to optimize, enhance, and achieve objectives as well as influencing consumer engagement and brand-building incentive investments to deliver on brand strategies, growth objectives, and other relevant business results.
A key performance metric in role is your ability to drive across multiple vendors: acquisition of optimal test campaign strategy, execution, and insightful measurement. Measurement includes leading the internal K-C process of campaign analytics (with Data Insights partners), with a key skill of translating data into actional insights to continuing enhance and improve campaign performance.
You will support the Promotional Budget across Family Care brands, managing the inputs and outcomes of the P&L with an eye for continual drivers that will increase performance and efficiency.
Owner of allocation of budget into the most efficient and effective marketing solution to drive optimal mix or return and limitation of cost/non-working capital – visible to all levels of brand including brand VPs
Regular daily interaction with Brand Senior Leaders: Senior Brand Manager, Brand Managers. Minimum monthly/Bi-monthly exposure/presentations to General Managers overseeing major brand verticals.
Regular interaction with AMC VP, SVP on plan reviews and approval

Bachelor’s Degree, with at least 8 years of continuous work experience in consumer promotions/incentives, marketing capabilities, or marketing analytics.
Managing strategy for marketing campaign design, execution, and measurement, utilizing a data-focused approach to form hypothesis, and adept at proving/disproving that hypothesis with results.
Ownership of Marketing P&L, adept at identifying key drivers of performance, the strategy needed to influence, and the skills to efficiently execute those drivers
Ownership of Relationship Management across internal stakeholders, to satisfy their marketing goals and P&L objectives and prove the impact of your strategy you create.
Ownership of external vendors relationships: digital and/or traditional vendors (Programmatic, App Coupon, Email, Paper Coupon) with deployment of your owned budget: to deliver the campaign performance required, ensuring reporting data accuracy/cadence, accurate and detailed measurement of campaigns
Experience with test and control campaign design, including setting up statistically significant control populations to measure incrementality. This experience can be in partnership with data science teams.
Measurement of campaigns with the ability to gain actionable insights from data. Must comprehend the “So What, Now What” of what the data is revealing and then be able to make enhancements to the campaign to achieve better ROI performance.
Ownership of partnerships with Finance, skill with analyzing P&L statements, and ensuring that data science results can be used for incremental lift calculations with Finance to arrive at a campaign ROI calculation.
Deep experience with collaboration and owning relationships with cross-functional teams within an organization, such as: Brand, Product, Creative, Analytics, Finance, Brand Management, Asset Protection, etc.
Advanced PowerPoint skills to create informative, concise, and detailed slides to tell a logical story.
