POSITION SUMMARY:
Ken Garff Automotive Group seeks an experienced Administrative Assistant. Candidates must be self-motivated, committed to providing quality customer service, and able to operate in a fast-paced team-environment. Strong work ethic and the highest level of integrity and professionalism are required. Compensation will be based on experience. Schedule is Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Compensation: $18 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday 7am-4pm
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties include: greeting guests, answering phone calls, creating lifetime customers, scheduling incoming repairs, creating and closing files, and billing glass claims to insurance companies.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, & Excel are required. Must be organized, accurate and detail oriented.
