Responsibilities
- Oversee operational performance and guest experience across the portfolio, setting and executing property-level business plans to improve NOI, guest scores, and owner satisfaction.
- Own quality assurance for cleanliness, maintenance, check-in readiness, and repair response across all properties.
- Hire, develop, and hold regional and on-site teams accountable; build training, evaluation, and performance management systems.
- Spend significant time on-site to assess operations, coach teams, and diagnose root causes of performance gaps.
- Partner with centralized ops, Product, and Tech to implement AI-driven tools and operational systems that scale.
- Design and implement incentive systems that align regional and property teams with company financial and experience goals.
- Drive monthly business reviews, present to executive leadership and the Board, and translate property feedback into systemic improvements.
- Scale the operating model for expansion, balancing centralized services with local autonomy and experimentation.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred
- Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus but not required
- Relevant executive training or professional certifications valued
