- 5+ years in project, program, or operations management, preferably in ecommerce or DTC
- Proficiency with PM tools (Smartsheet, Asana, JIRA) and collaboration platforms
- Strong understanding of ecommerce/DTC operations and related platforms
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical problem-solving and ability to implement mitigation strategies
- Experience in regulated industries is a strong plus
Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize daily digital operations supporting ecommerce and DTC channels
- Plan, execute, and close digital projects such as promotions, product launches, and sweepstakes
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risk logs, and status reporting
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with Marketing, IT, Legal, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Customer Experience, and external vendors
- Ensure operational activities comply with internal policies and external regulatory requirements
- Support Sr. Manager, CRM & Digital Operations with strategic planning and program management
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and conduct post-mortem analyses
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, Project Management, or related field
