Responsibilities
- Own and manage the global demand planning calendar and consolidation of market-level forecasts into a single enterprise demand plan
- Translate commercial strategies, NPI launches, and promotions into measurable demand signals and revenue forecasts
- Implement and champion advanced analytics, statistical models, and AI-enabled forecasting tools
- Serve as the commercial lead in the demand review step of the S&OP process and align cross-functional stakeholders
- Monitor forecast accuracy across markets, SKUs, and portfolios; identify variance drivers and implement corrective actions
- Partner with IT, analytics, supply chain, and finance to enhance systems, data integration, and planning governance
- Provide executive-ready updates on demand trends, risks, and opportunities
Education
- Bachelor's degree required
- Master's degree in Business (MBA) or related field preferred
