- 5+ years product management experience in modern technology companies
- Strong mastery of the product development lifecycle (PDLC)
- Experience leading cross-team, technical initiatives from ideation to launch
- Technical literacy and comfort with engineering tradeoffs
- Experience conducting and applying user research and product analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management
- High empathy for users and strong UX judgment
- Experience shipping continuous improvements to existing products at scale
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the product vision and roadmap for the Justworks mobile app and foundational platform surfaces.
- Conduct high-quality user and market research to inform product cases and prioritization.
- Scope, prioritize, and deliver projects from discovery through execution and iteration with measurable business impact.
- Partner closely with Design and Engineering to define requirements, tradeoffs, and delivery plans.
- Communicate technical constraints and timelines to stakeholders and manage expectations.
- Identify friction across workflows, navigation, and system communications and design solutions to eliminate it.
- Remove obstacles and foster team camaraderie to maximize high-quality output aligned to business objectives.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; computer science or related technical degree preferred
- Relevant coursework or training in product management, UX, or data analysis is a plus
